Executive Director, Plumbing Contractors Association
Gloria Salazar is the Executive Director of the Plumbing Contractors Association, a role she has held since 2011. With a strong background working alongside some of South Florida’s largest real estate developers, she brings extensive industry insight, strategic leadership, and a deep understanding of the construction and development landscape to the Association.
In 2018, Gloria established the Plumbing Contractors Association Apprenticeship Program, addressing the growing need for skilled workforce development within the industry. She currently serves as Program Administrator and Chairperson of the Apprenticeship Committee, overseeing program operations and guiding its continued growth and success.
Gloria also serves as Secretary to the South Florida Plumbing & Mechanical Chiefs & Codes Standards Committee, where she plays an active role in supporting code development and maintaining high professional standards across the industry.
In addition to her leadership and administrative responsibilities, Gloria is the principal planner of the Association’s signature events, including the annual Golf Tournament, Fishing Tournament, and the South Florida Plumbing & Mechanical Trade Show/EXPO—one of the largest plumbing trade shows in the United States.
Through her dedication, leadership, and advocacy, Gloria Salazar continues to advance the plumbing profession and strengthen the industry throughout South Florida.
